A tracker for a 6-touch handwritten card sequence.
Built around a simple workflow: pull a list of Idaho preforeclosure owners from PropStream, import it here, and Letters keeps every contact moving through six handwritten touches without anything slipping.
What it does
- Imports PropStream CSVs and dedupes on property address
- Assigns each contact a Touch 1–6 sequence stage
- Generates a printable task sheet for the writing assistant
- Schedules the next touch automatically once a batch is marked sent
- Surfaces what's due today, this week, and overdue
What it doesn't do
- Print or mail the cards — those are still handwritten by hand
- Replace PropStream — it's the source of truth for the raw list
- Track responses inside the app (yet) — for now, mark a contact as Responded and follow up directly
Where to go next
- Log in with your assigned credentials.
- Head to Settings first — set the sequence spacing, the assistant's email, and the return address.
- From the Dashboard, import your first CSV. Letters will preview duplicates before anything is saved.
- Each time a batch goes to USPS, come back and mark those touches as Sent. The next touch's due date is calculated for you.
